Where’s my package?

Your items arrival is dependent on the shipping method chosen at checkout and USPS. You should receive an email with a tracking number for your items once postage has been created. This email will be sent from "21st Century Decals" through Stamps.com. Please allow 24 hours the tracking number to become active. Once your package leaves our hands, we cannot control how quickly USPS delivers your item/s. If there is concern with destination/tracking of your item/s, please provide your tracking number to your local post office for assistance.

Do these decals go on the inside or outside of a window?

All of our decals and printed stickers are meant to go on the outside of your window. We use high quality weather and fade resistant vinyl meant to withstand the elements. Using windshield wipers on a decal is OK but never use an ice-scraper unless intentionally trying to remove your decal. 

Can I see what my decal looks like before it’s made?

Yes! During checkout, in the "Special Comments or Requests” box, add that you would like to see a proof of your decal. We will send a proof to the email address provided on your order. Please use an email you check frequently. Once a request for a proof has been made, we will wait for your approval on the design before proceeding with your order. Your response time will greatly impact production/shipping times.

I didn’t see a design I like, can I custom create something?

Can I reorder a decal?

Yes! This can be done by logging into your account with your last name and the email address provided on the previous order. Once logged in, you will need to find the section called "Orders” and there you will see "Previous Orders.” Click on that. This will take you to all of your previous orders. Click on the order number that you wish to re-order and click "Restore.” This will add the item into your cart. Make a note at checkout in the the "Special Comments and Requests” box of the order number you are reordering to make sure you receive the same exact item. Your reorder can not be edited. If there is something that you would like changed, you must place a new order.

Can I add a photo of my loved one?

We can add a full color, high resolution, photo to many of our designs.

Returns and Refunds

Our goal is to create custom special memorial items to remember your loved one. Because our items are customized, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there is an error or discrepancy with your order, we will do everything to make it right.
