Where’s my package?

Your items arrival is dependent on the shipping method chosen at checkout and USPS. You should receive an email with a tracking number for your items once postage has been created. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Do these decals go on the inside or outside of a window?

We use high quality weather and fade resistant vinyl created to go on the outside of your vehicle.

Do die-cut decals have a background?

Our die-cut decals have NO background. We create die-cut decals using a high tech plotter machine which cuts our material into the desired shape and the un-needed parts are 'weeded' out leaving the graphic behind. This leaves the silhouette of the design to be applied to the window in one piece with no background. Click here to see the making of a decal!

Can I see what my decal looks like before it’s made?

Yes! During checkout, in the box stated "Special Comments or Requests” add that you would like to see a proof of your decal. We will email a proof and confirm approval before we produce your order.

Can I add a photograph to my decal?

We can add a full color, high resolution, photo to many of our designs.

I didn’t see a design I like, can I custom create something?

Yes! Any of our designs can be customized to your specifications. Or we can created something uniquely for you. Our talented designer is here to help. We have a specific link to order a custom design right here.

Can I reorder a decal?

Yes! This can be done by logging into your account with your last name and the email address provided on the previous order. Once logged in, you will need to find the section called "Orders” and there you will see "Previous Orders.” Click on that. This will take you to all of your previous orders. Click on the order number that you wish to re-order and click "Restore.” This will add the item into your cart. Your reorder can not be edited. If there is something that you would like changed, you must place a new order.

Returns and Refunds

Our goal is to create special memorial items to remember your loved one. Because our items are customized, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there is an error or discrepancy with your order, we will do everything to make it right.
